| 1877 | Tozaemon Kamihata inaugurated Koi carp cultivation. |

| 1961 | Shigezo Kamihata established Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. and started Nishikigoi cultivation. |
| 1964 | Kamihata Sanshoku-improved variety of Nishikigoi-was awarded with the championship prize at the All Japan Nishikigoi Contest, which ushered in a new phase in the relevant world. |
| 1968 | The division of Fish Food wholesale was separated from Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. which formed Kyorin Co., Ltd. |
| 1973 | Yamasaki Koi Farm completed with the overall area 33,000m2, consisting of 50 ponds. |
| 1979 | Kyorin Food Industries Ltd. was established as the fish food production devision of Kyorin Co., Ltd. The principal factory completed in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture. |
| 1983 | Kamihata Co., Ltd. was established as general controller of the 3 constituent companies of the Kamihata group and responsible for overseas projects promotion. |

| 1985 | Import Center of Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. completed in Himeji Ctiy, Hyogo Prefecture with full facilities for stocking direct-imported tropical fish, small live animals, aquarium plants, etc. from all over the world. International operation office of Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. completed in Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, equipped wiht the latest OA machines and live-fish export faclilties. This acts also as so-called Export Center of Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. |

| 1992 | Twin screw extruder was equipped at main factory of Kyorin Food Industries Ltd. With the expansion of Kyushu factory the annual gross production capacity increased to 20,000 tons. |
| 1993 | Expansion work of Himeji Branch of Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. has completed, with full facilities for stocking direct imported marine fish as tropical fish, small live animals and aquarium plants. The total number of tanks is about 1,000. The dormitory in Himeji has completed. |

| 2002 | The Kanto Distribuion Center of Kyorin Co., Ltd. was completed with the overall area 3,500m2. |
| 2003 | Tokyo Branch of Kamihata Fish Industries installed new Goldfish stock Facilities. Kyorin Group(Chaina) Ltd. completed new fish food factory. |

| 2007 | Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. successfully bred the ancient African fish “Polypterus bichir bichir” for the first time in the world at Kamihata Himeji Breeding Center. It ushered in a new era in the ornamental fish market. Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. Tokyo Import Center was completed in Chiba, equipped with the full and latest facilities for stocking live fishes including 3,000 aquarium tanks. And now Kamihata holds about 8,000 tanks in total. Fukusaki Factory of Kyorin Food Industries Ltd. was completed in Fukusaki, Hyogo. (Kamihata Tokyo Import Center and the Fukusaki Factory was supervised by the Hitachi Plant Construction, Ltd.. We obtained a technological advantage from its equipment and the facilities.) |
| 2008 | Kyorin Co., Ltd. Kansai Distribution Center extended the automated warehouse system for the full control of the stock and shipping by the computer. |
| 2010 | Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. built the new breeding center equipped with the heat utilizing system in Ibusuki City, Kagoshima. |
| 2013 | Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. Minami Kyusyu Breeding Center was newly established in Kagoshima which equipped with the sea water utilizing system and is covering the total area of 4 acres. |
| 2014 | Kamihata Fish Industries Group built a new company headquarters at 9 Shirogane-machi, Himeji. It was steel framed building having 6 floors and 270 m2 floor space. |
| 2015 | Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. signed the contract with the EHEIM GmbH & Co. KG for the sole and exclusive distributor for Japanese market (in 2015) and started selling Eheim products including the external filters which hold the worldwide market share (in 2016). |
| 2017 | The joint project of breeding Japanese eel by Kamihata Fish Industries Ltd. and the Kagoshima Eel Co., Ltd. succeeded for the first time in the world as the private sectors. |
| 2019 | Kamihata Fish Industries Group became a distributor of Marshall Pet Products with its 80 years of history in the United States, for providing their baby ferrets and ferret supplies in Japanese market. |
